Gett'n My Art On

The Husband and I have had a great weekend. Full of art projects and visits to our local park.

Saturday we worked on art projects. The Husband is learning 3D rendering & I worked on & completed a painting. This one is called 'Saving Gotham':

We also visited our favorite park and fed the ducks:

The swan had such a LONG neck! He was a funny guy(or gal?) because he wasn't taking my teasing of the bread to get a good pic. After the fifth attempt he swam off like "I'm not going to deal with that business...", haha! The mallard was SO cute. He'd wiggle his bum and then his whole body to get my attention to give him bread. The black ducks are sneaky little robbers. The poor white ducks would get a piece of bread and then the black ducks would come whipping by and steal it right out of their mouths! In this case, I think you can accurately judge a "book by its cover" with ducks. They behave near exactly how they look. ;)

The husband is doing good, he's learning so much lately about the brain and has us both on a brain building mission to fix our broken brains so we can be stronger individuals. I'm pretty excited. We're trying new techniques, and experimenting with foods & new habits. Looking forward to what the future holds for us! :)
